For those recovering from joint replacement, stroke, major illness or trauma, StoneBridge Rehabilitation provides dedicated care in a comfortable spa-like setting. In partnership with SSM Rehab, specialized rehabilitation services are provided through their Homeward Bound Therapy Program. This physician-directed program is designed to accelerate recovery from an injury or illness by offering a unique combination of intensive, focused rehabilitation along with 24-hour skilled nursing care. Medicare and many other private insurances are accepted.
